Groundwork and Leisure Services Ltd (GLS) specialist sports team install MUGAs and other sports facilities for universities, schools and local authorities throughout Wales, Wrexham, Chester, Wirral and Merseyside.

The most common installs are Multi Use Games Areas or MUGAs. All multi sport ball courts conform to PAS:30 requirements. These multi sport ball courts are very versatile and can be adapted to fit into any site and installed onto new or existing tarmac or specialist sports surfacing. They are designed with heavy day to day usage in mind and as such include a number of features making them very durable and great for end users to play on.

Crowd Barriers

A number of local community and university football teams have also had handrails installed around their turf pitches. These hand rails are a good form of crowd control and also make a comfy leaning aid for supporters. The rails are made form steel and the fixtures are made from malleable iron manufactured in conformance with BS EN 1562:1997. The rails and fixtures are then hot-dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999 to produce a durable corrosion resistant finished surface for extended life.

In addition to handrails, GLS are also equipped to line mark both tarmac and grass courts and pitches, with both permanent and non permanent line markings.
